Is Sitelium GDPR compliant?
Yes, Sitelium is fully GDPR compliant, we don't set or store any data nor set any cookies tracking or otherwise by default. As for the websites you create with Sitelium:
- for the all the data you collect with the Sitelium contact form you have a checkbox option you can include as mandatory for users to check "I agree with etc ..."
- and for the eventual 3rd party scripts that you include, that might set cookies or collect data or other things like analytics, you can use a free service like this one https://www.cookiebot.com/en/ (include the code they give you via the Code injection feature in Sitelium)
Maybe we'll have a built-in functionality like this in the future but for now, if you are setting up cookies or collect data on your Sitelium website, use a software like CookieBot.
How to report fraud Sitelium sites?
If you suspect any offensive content on the Sitelium.site domain such as: phishing, spam, child pornography, or violence. Please report us at: fraud@sitelium.com
Upon receiving any abuse report, we will take action at the reported site within 72 hours.
Does Sitelium offer domain provider services?
No, you cannot purchase a domain in Sitelium as we do not provide such services. You may check out domain provider platforms like iiiHOST.com, Namecheap, etc.
How much does it cost?
Sitelium is available in two versions: the FREE version and the PRO version which includes the all exclusive features of Sitelium and costs $14.99/month with annual pricing and with monthly pricing costs $19.99/month.
Does the free plan require a credit card?
No, there is no credit card required for the free plan at sign-up. To access PRO features you will be required to upgrade.
Can I upgrade from Free to PRO?
Of course, you can upgrade from a Free Forever plan to a PRO plan anytime you want. You'll instantly unlock access to all the features included in the PRO plan you've purchased.
Can I get a discount when I purchase?

Can I cancel subscription anytime?

What is the Sitelium Affiliate Program?
The Sitelium Affiliate Program is aimed at site owners who can drive high volumes of traffic directly to Sitelium through original content, such as online articles, tutorials, how-to videos, and more.
How can I become a Sitelium Affiliate?
Simply sign up as an affiliate and access your Affiliate Dashboard.
Do I need to pay to Affiliate sign up?
No, Sitelium will never ask you for any money to affiliate account creation.
Can I join an affiliate program from any country?
Yes, you can join from any country.
How long does an affiliate tracking cookie last?
180 days, so if a referral purchases a PRO subscription within 180 days of clicking your affiliate link, you’ll earn a commission.
How much commission will I earn?
You’ll earn 25% with every PRO user* with unlimited payouts. The more sales you refer, the more you get paid. (A PRO user who did not cancel their upgrade before the 14-day trial period.)
Is there a limit to how many sales I can earn a commission for?
No. The more sales you refer, the more you get paid.
How do I get my referral links?
Log in to your affiliate account, then you will see the "Links" section under the Dashboard tab. Copy your existing link from the Link section or create another creative link.
Can I run ads on Search engines or Facebook using the Sitelium brand name?
No, you are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity. Read our Affiliate Program terms of service.
When and how do I get paid?
Once you have reached the minimum $250 USD payout threshold your commission will be validated and your payment will be sent to your payment processor. (Earnings for each month are always paid out on the 30th of the following month. For example, earnings from January would be paid out on February 30 because we offer a 14-day money back to our customers.)
We pay you via PayPal for now. Under your Sitelium affiliate account must be a minimum of $250 USD commission to receive your commissions.
Note: In order to receive payments, your PayPal account details must be filled in with the correct details to avoid delays in payment. To be able to receive payments, you need to have a PayPal email address.
